Payouts are processed weekly for Professional and Enterprise plans, and monthly for Starter plans. Payments are made via bank transfer to your NZ bank account with full transaction reporting.

Yes, you can list back-ordered items with estimated delivery dates. However, orders must be fulfilled within 3 business days to maintain your service level rating.

Our standard return policy applies to all marketplace sales. Suppliers are responsible for accepting returns within 30 days. NZTech handles the customer communication while you manage the replacement or refund.

No monthly subscription fees. We operate on a commission-only model. You pay a percentage per sale, with lower rates available on Professional and Enterprise plans. No listing fees, no hidden charges.
