30-Day Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or special-order items
• Software with unsealed licenses
• Products damaged through misuse
• Items returned after 30 days

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log into your account and go to your orders.
2. Select the item and click "Request Return".
3. Print the return label and ship the item back.
4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
